Astral Industries Ltd is known for the manufacture of quality GRP Tanks in Kenya. Also known as glass reinforced plastic tanks; GRP tanks are panel tanks that are ideal for water storage. Depending on choice, these tanks are either insulated or non-insulated.

GRP Tanks have a design life of at least 25 years, hence cost effective, extremely strong, and durable. It does not distort under impact. GRP tank has non corrosion properties and lightweight and can be easily formed using moulding processes. GRP Tanks do not require repainting over the design life. They have several advantages over the steel and aluminium tanks. These include corrosion resistance, higher strength, easy installation, zero maintenance and Transport costs, as it is erected at the final point of use.
