Multiple ICD Kenya Limited is an Inland Container Depot with a common user facility equipped with modern installations and offering services for handling and temporary storage of import/export laden and empty containers carried under customs control and with Customs and other agencies competent to clear cargo for home use, provides facility for warehousing, temporary admissions, re-export, temporary storage for onward transit and outright export and we can allow transhipment of cargo.

The MICD is an off dock facility located near the servicing port that helps in decongesting the port by shifting cargo and Customs related activities outside the port area. The facility largely deals with storage of full container load, less container load, break-bulk cargo originating/terminating in the immediate hinterland of a port and this also includes rail borne traffic to and from inland locations. The company was established and incorporated in 2007 under the laws of Kenya as a limited Company and is part of a large, MULTIPLE GROUP which comprises of Multiple Solutions Ltd that provides clearing and forwarding services both by sea and air, Multiple Hauliers EA Ltd dedicated in transport services within Eastern Africa countries, RT east Africa Ltd specializes in assembling and motor dealership, Multiple ICD facility situated in Uganda, Multiple Freight Logistics based in Uganda to provide freight services for our clientele based in Uganda and Southern Sudan.

The Multiple ICD Kenya Ltd started its operation in September, 2012 by handling the first Clinker vessel that called at the port of Mombasa.
