It is a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya under the Company’s Act, Cap 486 Laws of Kenya. The company is licensed to carry out sale of Pharmaceutical products by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, a regulatory body, under Cap 244 laws of Kenya.
